You may have heard how difficult it is to be accepted into the Ebay Partner Network ( EPN) and what a lottery it is also, well on this site I have given you some advice as to how to build a site to get accepted.

But what if you just can’t do it or don’t feel your capable..or just havent got time? Well don’t worry, help is at hand.

We have been designing website specifically for the EPN application process for years. The process has changed some since we first started offering the service but we have had to keep up with the pace of change and alter our strategies to give our clients the greatest chance at being accepted.

Let me make it clear from the outset that the Ebay partnership is a strange beast. Like google and it’s indexing, we know litttle about how Epn make decisions to accept affiliates to their programme. What knowledge we have is through testing and designing sites and seeing their reaction. We have designed two sites the same and yet one may take 3 months to acceptance and the other three days. I wish there was a magic formula but alas there isnt. So unfortunately, we cannot ever promise guaranteed acceptance but what we can do is increase your chances that you will be accepted and take the stress of designing your site from you. Epn do give us guidelines and have a do and don’t list but after that it’s all pretty hazy.

So what will we do?

We will design a totally new, unique wordpress site based on a small niche, either of your choosing or ours. Let me make this clear though, this site is designed to gain acceptance into Epn and not with affiliate makrketing in mind. It can be ‘pimped’ afterwards and another site designed for the domain using one of the many internet marketing techniques available ( inc Mage) but the site we will design will be used only for Epn. We will design the site with a unique header to fit in with the site theme and content.

We will write related  articles (posts) for the site and upload them as if you have been blogging for some time, we wil continue to add a post on a regular basis after you have applied to ebay to give the impression this is a serious hobby site, the site will be fully SEO‘s and indexed with google etc. We will create a static homepage and images will be included within posts. We will follow the Epn guidelines and add our experience in creating the site to hopefully get acceptance quickly.

After creating the site we will assist you in the application process and any appeals that may be needed and if the worst comes to the worst will help with a reapplication. Acceptance can take from 3 days to 6 months but the trick is not to give up and give Ebay as many reasons as possible to want to work with you. Most sites are rejected at least once, many twice and a number three or more times, that’s just how it works, so be prepared NOT to be accepted at first but secretly hope you will ! There is no rhyme or reason to the acceptance policy that we or anyone else can work out so best to aim low. We do have a good success rate for quick acceptance though.

What do you need to do?

Well we need you to purchase or make available a domain name that we are going to use. When we create your site we suggest you ask friends or colleagues to visit the site to create traffic, view it on different computers, add comments to the posts. If  you have facebook or membership to any other social network site , then private message a number of friends and request their help ( don’t just post on the news feed as most people will think it’s a spam site or virus so won’t go to it) You will need to tell them to ignore the content as the site itself is not actually an area of interest for you and will be gone soon anyway !
